What do I wear for my first session?
Shorts/ tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt are fine for your first few classes. Once you know you enjoy BJJ, we can point you in the right direction for a gi/ kimono, rash-guards etc and probably get you some discount!Although there is no striking, it's worth bringing along a gum-shield if you have one.

Do I need to sign into a monthly contract to train BJJ?
No, we do not tie members into long term contracts. Our members usually pay a monthly rolling fee via standing order. Pay per session is also available. Feel free to contact us to find out the latest prices.

I have an ongoing injury, can I still train?
